We provide global shipping from our warehouse in Denmark, and US shipping from our warehouse in New Jersey. If you want your order to be shipped to the USA, please switch to our US store.

The shipping fee is calculated based on your address alongside the weight and number of items being shipped.

All our products come with a 30-day trial guarantee: once your order is delivered to you, you have 30 days to test the mocap gear and decide if you want to keep it or send it back to us for a refund (please note that return costs for shipping are not covered).

Our mocap tools send their motion data to Rokoko Studio, from where you can record, export or stream the mocap data. Rokoko Studio is free to download and use on the basic features: recording and exporting of mocap data. Advanced features like real-time streaming to external 3D software with our plugin integrations require a “Plus” subscription (which is included in all our bundles for 1 year). Batteries: For customs reasons, we are not able to ship Lithium power banks, necessary to power and connect the Smartsuit Pro II and Smartgloves mocap tools to the Studio software. You likely already own such a powerbank, but if not here are battery recommendations. 

Routers: For optimal performance, we recommend using a dedicated WiFi Router (that is not connected to the internet) when using our tools. However, you can use our tools on any network as long as you disable any firewalls. For customers in Europe (will be rolled out to US/ROW soon), we currently sell a recommended router that we know offers great performance. We also have a list of WiFi router recommendations.
