Rokoko shipping policy

We’re thrilled to get our products to you! We ship directly from our warehouses in Denmark and the USA, and we’re committed to making the shipping process as smooth as possible.

You’ll find shipping costs calculated at checkout, and we'll send you tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. If you have any questions or need help with shipping or returns, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@rokoko.com

Order processing

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email after you make a purchase and once your order has been shipped, including order tracking information.

Shipping locations

  • We ship our products worldwide, except the following countries: Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea, Iran, Iraq, and currently also Israel (until further notice).
  • We ship our products from our two main warehouses located in Denmark and in the USA.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment tracking

  • You’ll receive tracking details via email once your package is on the way.

Duties, taxes and customs

  • 🇪🇺 Europe: No customs fees apply when delivering within the European Union.
  • 🇺🇸 USA: Since June 2025, we have a new warehouse in the USA. That means we are able to ship to all destinations in the USA without any customs fees and with faster delivery times.
  • 🌍 Rest of the world: Orders shipped internationally may be subject to taxes and duties. Customers are responsible for any applicable import fees unless stated otherwise.
